Here you can see our video about the flood: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljHVwyrhknY

On 12th of September, on thuesday rain had started to pour.According to the weather forecast we expected constant raining, so we collected our equipment for the next day.In morning at 08:00 still had been raining so we rushed to film the flood in Macska (Cat) Valley and in Cave Macska..The drain at Forrás (Spring) street in Piliszsentkereszt turned into spring, because it emitted tremendous water with big pressure.

We were astonished completely as we arrived at Macska Valley. Raining water became river at the valley and it roared down on the rocks raising huge wind.At the entrance we saw the water completely filled up the cave.We could only take 5 meters downward. At normal conditions the cave is 24 metres deep and it has wide chambers.

While we were splashing in the water, we noticed that it started to sink. After the start of the sinking huge bubbles were sticked on the walls and flaged as many little pseudo dripstone.

We returned afternoon, and we thought we catched the end of the sinking and we could entered into inner parts.

United water surface divided into two lake and they didn’t sink at the same time.It means few metres fall between them.At the bottom of the water dilute mud spread.
