This book is about caves explored in the last 10 years. The last comprehensive publication about caves in Hungary was released ten years ago but since that time speleology and cave exploration have been revived.

This book is also about exploration, it is about those romantic and heroic struggles against the unknown which speleologists do, powered by their enthusiasm. This book is mainly about caves, but from point of view of speleologists, who are also explorers and leaders of the explorations.
